That said, the default behaviors are reasonable: It will clear your cache, logs, old iPod updates (didn’t even know I had any!), but not delete your downloads or your browser cookies and history unless you specifically tell it to.
There are all kinds of caches and logs this thing does not find (especially if you are a MacPorts or Fink user) it just looks in the default places for these things in a vanilla installation of the OS. There aren’t any search or other functions, nor a means for adding custom white/blacklists. Instead of clicking a checkbox next to each one, you have to 'View' it and then select/deselect all inside it (with one click, though, and you can customize to pick some specific items if you want).
While it’s possible to exclude/include entire folders of maybe-junk, doing so is unintuitive. This works very rapidly, but is very, very simple compared to most apps that serve the same function.
